I feel weird calling this a demake since it's pretty limited in scope, so maybe more of a mockup? Or maybe diorama?
In any case here's a video of me putting it together:
As for playing it, you can find the controls in the included Controls.txt. I have no idea how this will run on mac with all their weird walled garden stuff, but you're not missing out on all that much that you can't see in the video tbh.
Otherwise have fun, and I wanna do more of these so I'm open to suggestions for the next thing!

I have thought about doing a new version for the redesigned base at some point, but I'd want to do more real gameplay too, and any ideas I have at this point are just getting thrown into a trello board called "open world cosmic horror game" that I'll maybe get around to in 5-6 years I guess.

I mean never say never, but I'm afraid my focus right now is on making more projects in this style based on other media. I'm currently editing a video to go along with my next one, which should be out soon!

It’s pretty tempting. Maybe I’ll revisit it if there’s interest, but I’m not opposed to someone else making use of the assets to give it a shot themselves!
